We will be having maintenance work undertaken on our phone lines on Friday 16th and Friday 23rd of November 2018.
This is to ensure that our phone lines are provided with the necessary upgrades required to continue with the smooth operational running of our call centre. Whilst the maintenance work is being undertaken, HealthHarmonie will be working on an outbound line only. There will be a recorded message providing this information to the incoming callers, with the rational of being unable to speak with an operator and our Saturday opening hours, we are also providing an option to leave a message to receive a call back.
