How do I refer a patient?

Referring a patient is simple. Submit your referral via the eRS online platform, and our team will take care of the rest.

What services does HealthHarmonie provide? 

We provide Gynaecology, Ultrasound, Dermatology, Minor Surgery and ENT services with Outsourcing and Insourcing solutions. We cover the management of the patient when they are referred in and offer face to face and telephone consultations.

How do you ensure quality care?

We strictly follow NHS guidelines, CQC standards and continuously monitor our services to ensure the highest levels of care.

How can my patient be seen by HealthHarmonie?

The patients condition must be assessed by the GP or Optometrist before we can see you. GP or Optometrist can refer to us if we're commissioned to treat the condition within the local area.
