Hello, I am James McHale. I have over 11 years of experience within the community healthcare sector working across various roles including contracts, senior management and patient facing settings.
My current role as Head of Quality is to ensure exceptional standards continue to be delivered across all aspects of HealthHarmonie whilst exploring and implementing innovative ways to improve the overall patient experience whilst under our care.
I work closely with our operational teams who underpin the high standards and seamless delivery of patient care, patient safety and patient outcomes to meet and exceed our regulatory requirements.
