Hello. I’m Leanne Cooper, the Director of Governance and CQC Registered Manager for Healthharmonie. I joined HealthHarmonie in 2022, initially as the Operations Manager. Before that, I worked as a Lead Nurse in London, bringing a wealth of experience in patient care. My passion is for high-quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.
As a registered nurse with extensive clinical experience, I understand the impact of patient care on a deep level, and I always strive to improve. This allows me to bridge the gap between governance and everyday clinical realities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our patients.
As the Director of Governance and CQC Registered Manager, I'm responsible for ensuring HealthHarmonie delivers the best possible care, following all the regulations set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means overseeing everything from staff training to ensuring our services are safe and effective for our clients.
